Personal Information Deletion/Disclosure Request for California Residents
After submitting your request, a confirmation link will be sent to your email. Follow the link to view your data. There you can confirm if you would like to have your data deleted. The link expires within 24 hours.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Section 1798.105 grants California consumers the right to request disclosure and/or deletion of certain personal information we hold through a verifiable consumer request, unless certain exceptions apply. For more information on the CCPA's consumer rights, see JobsNow's California Privacy Notice.
The CCPA requires us to verify both your identity/your authorization to act on behalf of the data subject (the “consumer”) and that the personal information you asked us to delete relates to you/the consumer.
By submitting a request, you hereby represent that you are the consumer, or have the legal authorization to act on behalf of the consumer, and you authorize us to: 1) contact you to verify your identity, and 2) perform the requested action. If you verify your identity through the confirmation link we send to your email address, we will enable you to delete and/or disclosure your data within 45 days following such verification. If you are unable to verify your identity through the confirmation link we send to your email address, we cannot comply with your deletion/disclosure request. If we are otherwise unable to comply with your request, we will provide you with an explanation within 45 days following verification of your identity. If we require additional time to respond to your request, we will notify you accordingly. This service is free of charge.
